Engineering Services
    Ovidon's engineering team offers its customers insight during the advanced planning stage of part design.
  • The insight results in a robust part, easily manufactured, and produced at a lower cost. Critical features of every part are incorporated into our tool designs.

  • We have extensive experience in designing both progressive and line dies. It includes everything from basic brackets to deep draws and extrusions.
    • Prototype Services

      Ovidon is experienced in all aspects of prototyping, including machined parts, intricate stampings, and assembled components.

    Tooling Services
      Ovidon's tooling services include new tool constructions as well as die repair.
  • The tool room is equipped with Okuma mills capable of high speed machining and offering bed sizes up to 160" x 80" x 62" (z axis).
  • We also offer our customers both carbon and wire EDM machining and water jet cutting.
    • Quality Services
      Ovidon's quality is world class and has been recognized by multiple customer quality awards.
  • The tool room is equipped with Okuma mills capable of high speed machining and offering bed sizes up to 160" x 80" x 62" (z axis).

    • Production Services

      Ovidon's production services include multiple aspects of sheet metal manufacturing. We have straight side Minster presses with high speed stamping capabilities of up to 200 strokes per minute. Presses range from 60 - 500 ton capacity with bed sizes up to 48"x84"x25" shut height. All straight side presses have electric feeders.
